Creating content for change that actually happens

We are a media organisation that produces unique multimedia projects for underserved communities worldwide to create real impact.

Our Original Production

Creative Lab

Stories that actually speak your language. Just real, honest, sometimes funny, and always engaging conversations about the world we live in.

Our Tech Solutions

Impact Lab

For us, impact measurement goes beyond clicks. We are exploring ways to understand the real-world change our journalism creates.

Our Know-How For Your Needs

Services

A turnkey production lab that translates your message into high-impact, multilingual formats. From digital content to live events, we help you grow audiences in hard-to-reach and underserved demographics, wherever they are in the world.

Production

We ideate and produce creative multimedia projects that connect with audiences traditional media can't reach. Video-podcasts, documentary series, serious games, live shows — all built on our "Trojan horse" storytelling method, where complex issues travel inside formats people genuinely enjoy.

Training

We run workshops and hackathons that equip journalists, media professionals, and community actors with practical tools — Design Thinking, AI for storytelling, audience listening, impact-driven production. Our Hack & Train format turns participants into prototypers in three days.

Consulting

We help media organisations, institutions, and foundations design strategies that close the gap between their content and their audiences. From editorial positioning and EU grant architecture to impact measurement, we bring methodology where others bring guesswork.

Events

We design live media literacy experiences that turn passive audiences into active participants — theatrical talk-shows, intergenerational dialogues, community screenings. Every format is built to be replicated through open-licence guides.

Documenting change

Our flagship production

Our flagship show Laissons Parler Les Gens ("Let People Speak") is a weekly video-podcast hosted by Ivorian comedian Clentelex that uses humour to tackle hate speech, cyberbullying, and mental health with young West African audiences.

With a concise overview of the current podcast market, her own vast experience of producing podcasts and hands-on guidance on interviewing and presenting Naira gave a great push in the right direction and inspiration for our little podcast team."
